Emmet County Courthouse purchased our phone system through Midwest Technology and we are very satisfied with the system. The savings we have experienced with our T-1 line has been a benefit to the county. We have saved money by having the T-1 line and also on our long distance charges. In 2015 Rides converted our phone system to a Hosted Voice over IP solution. We were promised quality phone service at a fraction of the price of a traditional phone system. Our customers experienced poor call quality and frequently had their calls go unanswered. Many attempts were made to correct the problems, but to no avail. We were left with no choice but to find a different solution. Rides partnered with Midwest Technology Services and the services and equipment has been outstanding! It was a difficult lesson to learn, one where cheaper is not always better.

Farm Credit Services of America has worked together with MTS since their inception in 2009 and trust them with all our telecommunication cabling, sound masking and phone system needs. In fact, their product quality, work ethic, professionalism, reliability, and overall value made them an invaluable business partner. Not sure I can express the feeling that you get when you know your partner is taking care of every detail in their scope or work, without any oversight, and it turns our successful every time. That's the feeling I get every time I work on a project with MTS.

Our school has worked with Pete and Travis for over 10 years. Besides installing our phone system, they have also assisted us with our district intercom system, tornado alarm, and the bell system in our middle school building. In our district we have six different buildings and sites with over 250 extensions which they have assisted in tying together to make our district phone system easy to use and efficient. In our school setting we have asked them for some complicated solutions and they have come through every time. Just this past summer, they installed our security camera system in our high school building. We are very pleased with the work they do and the timely manner in which they fix any issues that come up.

This past summer Midwest Technology Services installed an integrated phone, paging and bell system into West Bend-Mallard schools. Installation, training and support have been excellent.
